• Your order details (crown design choices, personalisation such as a name or number)
• Your Instagram handle, if you choose to provide it

I do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled via bank transfer, with details shared securely between us by email.

I use your information to:

• Make and deliver your crown
• Confirm your order, take payment and keep you updated on progress
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Keep records of orders for accounting and tax purposes
• With your consent, follow you and reshare your photos on social media

The legal bases I rely on are performance of a contract (to fulfil your order), legal obligation (to keep records I'm required to), and consent (for things like social media resharing, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who I share it with

I only share your information where necessary to run the business, for example with delivery and postal services (to send your crown) and accounting or tax services (where required). I never sell your information to anyone, and I only share what's needed.

How long I keep it

I keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements (generally up to 6 years). After that, it's securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct anything that's inaccurate
• Ask me to delete your information (where I'm not legally required to keep it)
• Object to or restrict how I use it
• Withdraw consent at any time, where I rely on consent

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It may use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as remembering your progress through the crown builder). No personal data is shared with third-party advertising platforms.
